STINA WANGQVIST- Osteopath in Lennox Head
Dr. Stina Wangqvist (B.Clin.Sc, M.Ost.Med) completed her Bachelor of Clinical Science and Masters of Osteopathic Medicine, at Southern Cross University. She has worked within multiple clinics and facilities around the Northern Rivers since, and has recently started her own clinic.
She is passionate about inspiring people to lead a healthier life, and has also been working actively as a yoga therapist, facilitator and yoga teacher trainer since 2006.
Stina believes that the aim of osteopathic treatment is to support the bodies self-regulatory and self-healing mechanisms.
She has a particular interest in breath work, movement, sports related pain, pregnancy and chronic conditions.
Stina is a mother of two children and she can relate to all the challenges that comes with family life. When she is not working in the clinic, she loves to get artistic with brushes and paint, to practice on her yoga mat, and to get out with family & friends.
